There are 2 common achievements in each chapter, which may be a bit hard to unlock. The way to unlock them is explained below:
1. Nine lives
This one is initially a hidden achievement, so it's quite troublesome if you don't know about it beforehand.
The trick is to simply have the character die 9 time in any chapter.
2. At Death's door
Have the character survive with only 1 HP left.
